Description
The collaboration between Etro and the Michelin-starred restaurant "Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia" continues.
Chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani present the Colomba Pasquale, a traditional Italian Easter cake.
The Colomba will be enclosed in an elegant tin box decorated with
refined floral Paisley motifs in pastel shades.
To celebrate Spring and Easter, the Michelin-starred chefs have crafted this artisanal dessert using natural sourdough, butter, and fresh eggs, enriched with slow-cooked candied Calabrian oranges and organic almonds from Puglia, offering an irresistible festive aroma.
This traditional Easter cake undergoes a 45-hour leavening process and contains a reduced amount of sugar, partially replaced with acacia honey, making it lighter, softer, and even more delicious.
The Colomba will be delivered with a shopping bag featuring a matching print in harmony with the exquisite tin box.
