Items purchased on www.ETRO.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. Exchanges and returns are always free. Every order, except for perfumes, comes with a prepaid label. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be made within the country of purchase.
